Welcome to Bipolar Aberdeen
Bipolar Aberdeen is a self help support group for people with bipolar disorder including their carers, family and friends, who can get together to share experiences and to provide mutual support and advice on coping with bipolar.
Bipolar Aberdeen holds free monthly meetings, normally the last Thursday of each month from 7pm - 9pm at the Inchgarth Community Centre, Aboyne Place, Aberdeen, AB10 7DR. For details of the next meeting see the bottom of this page.
Please note : - Map and directions to follow
Bipolar Aberdeen runs an occasional series of social events for members and their guests. For details of our next event see the News & Events Section.
There will not be a meeting held in December due to the festive season and the fact that the facilities that we use will be closed on the usual date for our meeting. We will hold our next self-help group meeting on Thursday 30th of January 2020 from 7-9pm at the Inchgarth Community Centre, Aboyne Place, Aberdeen, AB10 7DR. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our members, family and friends a safe and happy Christmas and New Year and offer best wishes for 2020.
At our next meeting we will be having an open discussion on issues and topics relative to the Group. New members are welcome to come along and find out what the Group is all about. Carers are also always welcome to attend to find out more about the condition and how we at Bipolar Aberdeen can help and advise.
